Margo Neely and Robert Schaeffer teamed up as Current, the media, innovation, and startup consultancy arm of Neely & Daughters, to provide business development, communication strategy, leadership coaching, and a full suite of brand identity for AFFIRM: The American Foundation for Firearm Injury Reduction in Medicine. Committed to their goal of finding a solution to the American epidemic of gun violence, it was imperative that the organization’s core message and mission come into focus, their non-partisan claims be upheld, and the strength of a unified front in healthcare ready to tackle the problem be conveyed and connected to the public and the media.

By unifying and cultivating AFFIRM’s goals and strategy and honing the organization’s message, AFFIRM was empowered to activate public engagement and proudly represent their mission on MSNBC, CBS News, and to representatives of the United States Congress and Senate.
